Out Of Bounds

Why do so many parents act so hostile at their children’s sporting events? Isn’t sports supposed to be fun? What happened to just having fun? Just being kids? What lessons do kids learn when their own parents yell, scream, and even fight each other during a ballgame? What makes parents so angry? When did sports become so important for parents, and less fun for kids? Perhaps parents could take lessons from their own children and focus their energy in making sure sports are about friendships, sportsmanship, and good ole fashion fun.
